We recently moved to the area and were apprehensive when looking for a double glazing company to put in some new windows, doors and polycarb roof. We are thrilled that we chose Rapide. From our initial telephone call to the company to the final fitting, we cannot recommend them highly enough. Grant and the team are amazing. When Grant arrived at the house to do the measurements and talk to us about the windows etc, he was so helpful and informative. We were very happy with the quote, and he came again to confirm the measurements of an additional porch that we had built, before the windows, doors and roof were made. Everything was on time, and Grant kept in touch with us throughout the entire process to check that we were happy with all the work and service. We cannot thank them enough for the great service, and would not consider using any other double glazing company when we want more work doing.

From start to finish I was helped and aided.I called to get a quote, appointment made and on arrival I felt I was in good hands. I was, he was knowledgeable and helped me with some suggestions.Once the quote received(very reasonable I thought), I had some contact with measurements being taken to make sure of some sizes, also to discuss some French Doors I wanted installed and an alternative to some old redundant patio doors.Once all was sorted, the team arrived, did a good job of replacing the windows and also installing the French doors and replacement for the patio doors(Very happy with that).Finally the new front door was fitted and that was it. The team were friendly and helpful and very thorough in their work.The front door has become a feature that I have been told how nice it looks a few times already!I cannot praise this firm highly enough. Well worth talking to if looking for their kind of services!My wife is wheelchair bound and as a result of a visit from the council there was a requirement for some adjustment to the French Doors I had them fit. On contact Grant was here within 30 minutes to look at how they could help. Later that same day the team turned up and it was done. That sort of service is Golden. First class service and installation from Tim and the team. I've just had the pleasure of Rapide fitting a new tiled roof onto our conservatory and also replacing all of the old/worn double glazed windows. The work was carried out professionally and on time, communication was excellent and they always turned up as scheduled. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and the house was left in great condition at the end of each day. Would certainly recommend and will be using again for future works. Many thanks.
